Company Description

Edgewater Manor operated in the l950's as the first nursing home in Pinellas County and housed as many as 70 patients.  It has been in operation as an Assisted Living Facility for the last 25 years, with only two other owner/operators.

While many retrofits have occurred to keep the facility in great shape, the building has recently undergone a major overhaul, maintaining the warmth of old world charm coupled with all the modern day amenities.  As a mostly private room 29 bed facility, Edgewater offers the comfort and familiar atmosphere of a home with the services of larger facilities. Edgewater services are offered in a beautiful residential environment by a skilled and compassionate staff.
