Edgewater Manor includes residential private/semi-private room, three meals per day, daily snacks, assistance including cueing, monitoring/ observing, providing reminders and supervision with activities of daily living (including bathing, dressing, grooming, ambulating, orientation, etc.), three showers weekly (or other assistance utilitizing one point as outlined on Edgewater's Evaluation Form), daily spot cleaning and trash removal, bi-weekly housekeeping, bi-weekly linen and personal laundry service, basic furniture package, activities, inclusion in the Edgewater Wellness Program, scheduled transportation and other items as shown on the Edgewater Services and Amenities Sheet. Also included for an additional fee is telephone (local only) and cable hookup inside the room. See the Administrator for details.

Additional costs may include personal services/items such as hair care services, toiletries, unscheduled transportation, additional furniture and incontinence supplies, guest meals and additional levels of care, as outlined on the Edgewater Initial Evaluation Form.
Edgewater Prodigious Care Program
Our Prodigious Care Program includes heavier assistance for activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, transferring, eating, ambulating, etc. Additional bath, housekeeping, linens and personal laundry are included. Also includes assistance with bladder and/or bowel incontinence. (Please note: incontinence supplies are provided at an additional cost)

The above fees are basic charges listed per person per month, unless specified otherwise. A specific schedule of service delivery is provided in the resident agreement. Fees are subject to change. Basic Edgewater Living Base Fee guaranteed for one year from date of move-in or on a resident's annual anniversary date.
